I found this dealership through Google. I had a friend that worked at another Volkswagen dealer and when I went to buy a Tiguan from him, he wasn’t too flexible about the price so my girlfriend and I went over to Crystal Lake Volkswagen and there was Darrin who I never have met before greeted us at the front door. I told him I found the 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan SE R-Line and we sat down and he offered us coffee and then we discussed the price. We both agreed on a great price and I bought it. I couldn’t be more happier and now I know where to buy my future Volkswagen from. He has earned my respect and business which I will refer him to my Family and Friends. I needed to purchase a new vehicle after my old one finally drove it's last mile, sadly in todays market it's the worst time to purchase anything. I can say that the whole team at VW of Crystal Lake did an amazing job trying to make this process as easy as possible. Bruce our salesman was excellent, showing me options and other models so I could confirm my choice. I was not pressured into anything and was given time to make my choice, it was the first purchase were after it was all completed I felt 100% satisfied.

Shout out to Elizabeth, my salesperson..! She was wonderful as well as the dealership staff..! Made the entire transaction easy and stress free. They stayed well after hours to make sure the prep on my vehicle was done, and Elizabeth even helped my get my stuff loaded into my new ride. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Elizabeth until the time I walked out with my 21 Jetta S, I could have not asked for a better experience. Elizabeth was very helpful and respectful of what I wanted in a car, and needed to be at price wise. no pressuring whatsoever. she took the time to answer any questions I had and if she was not 100% sure on an answer...she was sure to get me the correct answer. Trevor made the finance part of everything actually enjoyable...no rushing there either...he made sure I understood everything I was signing.

Darren was most helpful. The finance officer was patient and helpful. Overall it was very good experience.
